Primary Objective / task - To visit prospective clients and assist them to join IFI Family

Stipend Calculation Mode - As Reward Points (RP)

Monthly Stipend - 25 reward points for every client visit made

Reward Points Accumulation - Through RP Wallet

Reward Points Credit Cycle - Daily

Reward Points Encashment - After 10th of the subsequent month

Reward Points will be calculated on pro-rata basis. Reward Point Credit is subject to validation. Encashment of joining bonus will be made available after one year from the date of joining for all active Asset Managers as on that date of such encashment

IFICE - Client Event Club

Joining Bonus - 1000 Reward Points

Primary Objective / Task- To create leads through conducting client events / meets

Stipend Calculation Mode - As Reward Points (RP)

Monthly Stipend - 500 reward points for every client meet arranged

Reward Points Accumulation - Through RP Wallet

Reward Points Credit Cycle - Daily

Reward Points Encashment - After 10th of the subsequent month

Reward Points will be calculated on pro-rata basis. Reward Point Credit is subject to validation. Encashment of joining bonus will be made available after one year from the date of joining for all active Asset Managers as on that date of such encashment

IFIWE - Workplace Engagement Club

Joining Bonus - 1000 Reward Points

Primary Objective / Task - To assist us in our day to day operations in our centres

Stipend Calculation Mode - As Reward Points (RP)

Monthly Stipend - 50 reward points for every successful hour of office attendance subject to a maximum of 50 hours in a calendar month

Reward Points Accumulation - Through RP Wallet

Reward Points Credit Cycle - Daily

Reward Points Encashment - After 10th of the subsequent month

Reward Points will be calculated on pro-rata basis. Reward Point Credit is subject to validation. Encashment of joining bonus will be made available after one year from the date of joining for all active Asset Managers as on that date of such encashment

Joining Bonus - 1000 Reward Points

Primary Objective or Task- To engage oneself in continuous learning through our training programs

Stipend Calculation Mode - As Reward Points (RP)

Monthly Stipend - 100 reward points for every training attendance

Reward Points Accumulation - Through RP Wallet

Reward Points Credit Cycle - Daily

Reward Points Encashment - After 10th of the subsequent month

Reward Points will be calculated on pro-rata basis. Reward Point Credit is subject to validation. Encashment of joining bonus will be made available after one year from the date of joining for all active Asset Managers as on that date of such encashment
